How to Use

Upload your PDF form
Select a PDF that contains fillable form fields (AcroForm). These are PDFs where you can normally click and type in fields.

Fill in the fields
All detected form fields appear in the list. Type your values in text fields, check/uncheck checkboxes.

Download filled form
The filled form is flattened (fields become static text) and downloaded as a PDF.
